Springbok Casino maximum deposit, method by method

Springbok Casino's maximum deposit is R100,000 in one transaction, through InstantEFT or EFTpay, according to Springbok's own description of its cashier. BetterEFT takes up to R65,000, Capitec Pay R50,000, and a Visa or Mastercard only R2,000.

These are the ceilings of a payment pipe, not amounts to aim for. Set your own deposit limit before using any of them, and if large deposits have become hard to control, the free helpline at NRGP 0800 006 008 is open around the clock.

Deposit limits by payment method

Springbok's public banking page prints minimum deposits but no maximums. The maximums come from Springbok's blog articles, which describe a cashier that only opens once you are logged in Springbok says9 Oct 2026. That makes every ceiling below an operator statement: accurate as far as Springbok has said, but not something this guide could read off a public page Set a limit first.

Which banks reach the biggest limits

The three highest ceilings all run on bank transfers, and they do not all accept the same banks. Springbok's articles describe them this way:

  • InstantEFT and EFTpay carry the R100,000 ceiling but do not support Capitec accounts.
  • BetterEFT, up to R65,000, lists ten banks: Absa, African Bank, Bidvest, Capitec, FNB, Investec, Nedbank, Old Mutual, Standard Bank and TymeBank.
  • Capitec Pay, up to R50,000, is the direct route for Capitec clients.

Your own bank sets a daily transfer limit too, and it is often lower than Springbok's ceiling. Whichever is smaller is the real maximum on the day. The banking page says Springbok charges nothing for BetterEFT, while your bank's normal EFT charges may still apply Verified9 Oct 2026. A separate cashier guide sets out which South African banks each method supports in more detail.

Before a large deposit: limits, coupon and documents

The order of a few small decisions matters more than the size of the transfer. Done in this sequence, nothing has to be undone afterwards.

  1. Set the deposit limit

Ask Springbok's support, by live chat or at help@springbokcasino.co.za, for a daily or monthly deposit limit at the amount you have budgeted Verified9 Oct 2026. There is no switch for it in the cashier.

  2. Decide on a coupon now, not later

A coupon has to be entered in Redeem Coupon before the deposit; it cannot be attached afterwards Verified9 Oct 2026. If you plan to play the tables, deposit with no coupon at all.

  3. Get verified early

Withdrawals wait for verification: a colour copy of both sides of a government-issued photo ID (South African driver's licences are not accepted), proof of address no older than 90 days, and a photo holding the ID if you funded the account with crypto Verified9 Oct 2026. Sending them before a big deposit saves a delay later.

  4. Plan the way out

Withdrawals go by Bitcoin and Wire Transfer only, so money that arrives by EFT will leave by wire or crypto. Each deposit must also be wagered once before a withdrawal is accepted Verified9 Oct 2026.

What a large deposit does to the SPRINGBOK300 bonus

The 300% coupon is generous on small deposits and indifferent to large ones. It stops growing at R9,000, which a R3,000 deposit already reaches. Past that point a larger deposit adds no bonus, yet the playthrough of 30x still applies to the whole deposit plus bonus Verified9 Oct 2026, and the cash-out cap of 15x the deposit decides the most you can withdraw from it Verified9 Oct 2026.

R5,000R9,000 cappedR14,000R420,000R75,000

Example amounts, not a suggestion to deposit them. Past R3,000 the bonus stops growing, so a bigger deposit only adds playthrough. Verified9 Oct 2026 Verified9 Oct 2026

Read the last two columns together. The bonus is identical in the bottom rows, the playthrough is not, and every rand of it has to be bet at no more than R100 a time on games that count Verified9 Oct 2026. A depositor who intends to move far more than R3,000 in one go usually gains more from skipping the coupon than from claiming it.

Getting a large balance back out

Money goes in through a R100,000 pipe and comes out through a far narrower one. Springbok's T&Cs cap withdrawals at R25,000 a week and let the casino change that cap Verified9 Oct 2026. Its articles add a R25,000 ceiling on each request, with a R500 minimum Springbok says9 Oct 2026.

Put a number on it: a balance of R60,000 needs three separate weekly withdrawals at the current cap, and each one waits for its own processing window. The account has to be verified before the first of them is paid.

Payout speed is where Springbok's pages disagree: the banking page and an article give different wire-transfer times Sources differ9 Oct 2026. The firm rule is the processing window, so plan a large balance in weeks. The overview page shows the deposit and withdrawal ceilings on one ladder.

Deposit limits you set for yourself

Springbok's per-method maximums are set by payment providers and banks, for the largest transfers they will process. They say nothing about what is sensible for one person in one month. The limit that protects you is the one you ask Springbok to apply, daily or monthly, and it can sit far below every figure on this page.

  • Pick the monthly figure while you are not playing, and write it down.
  • If you notice you are splitting deposits across methods to get past a limit you set, treat that as a warning sign.
  • Self-exclusion is available too, for any period you choose from one month upward.
  • Free, confidential counselling is on NRGP 0800 006 008, or by message on WhatsApp 076 675 0710.

The step-by-step limit route explains what to say to support. For stakes per round once the money is in, see the table limits sheet; for the monthly inbox offer, the high-roller bonus breakdown.
